What do you charge for delivery?
We deliver to any address in South Africa and a delivery fee of R100.00 (including VAT) is charged on every order delivered by courier.
In less of a rush? Orders can also be delivered through the postal service at a cost of R65.00.
Orders over R500.00 receive free delivery.
How and when will my order be delivered?
We aim to dispatch all orders to our national couriers on the same day they are placed. However, in the case of EFT payments, we will only ship an order once payment has reflected in our account. Customers will usually receive their orders within 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch if using the courier delivery option. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Can I collect my order?
We allow for order collections from our Johannesburg soap studio situated at 10 Roosevelt Street, Robindale Ext. 1, Johannesburg, South Africa. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection from the studio.
